Life has been wonderfully productive and slightly disordered lately … I had the worst time tracking a few global parcels, I was double charged for a fare (but it was finally rectified), and I have a huge work deadline to meet.
There are loads of other things to keep up with, therefore I am taking a bit more time off periodically from the blog this month. But, don’t worry, I will still be blogging here and there, as well as uploading a few sewing projects soon, and visiting your lovely sites. However, just note that it may take a true moment to catch up with your links than usual. Aside from that, I am simply enjoying life, nonetheless.
In celebration of spring I thought it was a good time to bring out a small dose of neon. Since I adore bold and bright colours this time I decided to wear it minimally and with a T-shirt, which I typically do not wear too many of. And, the fact that I love leather-like things, it wasn’t difficult to pair something with this skirt.
Generally, I never really enter giveaways, but I recently entered a few and won two of them, which was quite a surprise. This skirt is from one of those winnings. The colour blocked handbag by Dosenbach below is also a new addition to the wardrobe, thanks to the lovely Kira, a fellow style blogger and fashion devotee.
Sometimes, it’s absolutely the little things that can make a week brighter and these were certainly a few of mine.
Even in the midst of chaos there is a beautiful symphony—even if it might be a silent one, a stylish one, or one that merely lasts an instant. So, I decided to be enthralled in a bit of fashion happiness, and I’m taking my desirable goodies with me, as I keep pressing on!

I know neon was huge this time last year and there's bits and pieces of it around this year too. I loved that bold neon acid yellow that you've got on your t shirt. I loved it so much I had the hyper links on my blog change to that colour last season. (They're now dusty pink).
