It’s no secret that colour is my favourite, in fact, I adore most all colours, even though I might not wear them regularly. Gudrun Sjödén’s autumn-winter collection per usual is filled with inspiration, and you guessed it … a fabulous selection of bright hues to delight in for the colder months.
This patterned knit dress has an alarming sweetness to it—yet its striking combination also gives off an earthy and feminine casual aesthetic that I adore. I chose this style because of a personal challenge of integrating more orange in my wardrobe.

I am also a fan of the square neckline—a refreshing style to wear again than some of my other dresses—this one is outlined with a contrasting orange colour for a lovely finishing touch. One thing that I did not expect to buy this season was a knit dress, and I wasn’t keen on them since I had amassed far too many in the past. This style is different purely because of the pattern, and I love it! Three factors quickly sorted were: Comfort, fit, and if the style made a statement. Yes, all were approved.
This enchanting collection inspired by the Amazon and the Andes evokes autumn in a cheerful and endearing way. You can particularly see many of the prints and patterns motivated by nature’s encompassing beauty throughout the line. There will be more eco-inspiration to come soon for winter so stay tuned!
Lastly, I hope that you’re enjoying autumn so far, and once again thanks so much for your lovely comments on this post. You’re the best readers!
