This mocktail is refreshing and beautifying, it’s made with butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) and Schisandra/Schizandra berry (Schisandra chinensis), both ancient herbs used in Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine.

Butterfly Pea Flower & Schisandra Berry Mocktail
Description
Savour this verastile mocktail with flavourful butterfly pea flower and Schisandra berry.
Ingredients
Method:
-
- Mix everything except the sparkling water in a shaker filled with two or three extra-large ice cubes.
- Shake well for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain and fill glasses just over half full. Then, top off with sparkling water.
- Garnish each glass with an orange slice.
Special equipment:
Coupe glasses, cocktail shaker with lid, jigger, spoon, mesh strainer or julep strainer, and mixing glass (optional).
Note
Substitutions:
1. Feel free to use the same amount of simple syrup with raspberry jam, if you don’t have Schisandra berries.
2. You can freshly brew tea if you don’t have iced tea already available.
